OUR PROCESS
01
PHASE
It all starts with a free conversation to discuss your project details & goals. We are currently offering virtual chats, email, and phone calls for initial inquiries. Should you wish to move forward we will take the proper safety measures required for onsite visits. Once your scope of work is determined we can send you some helpful information and the most applicable references.

During this process we will also inform you of any avoidable expenses and recommend the best products for your finishes. It is our primary objective that you feel informed and confident with the direction of your project.
02
Phase
After receiving your detailed estimate, we will have a follow up conversation and work out any remaining questions. At this stage we will provide you with our client contract & require deposit to commence work. After we will order your long lead items (materials that take a long time to be manufactured/delivered) and get things started.

Throughout the process we will provide weekly update reports. These reports will inform you of the stage of work that took place during the week. It will also update you on your material orders, deliveries, and other trade installations. Project invoices will be issues during the phases of completion and will vary depending on the size of your project. Your client contract will outline these payments, percentages, and phases of completion prior to moving forward.
03
Phase
A general walk through will take place near the completion stage along with a finial walk through after completion. During the finial walk through you will be provided your project summary with the finial invoice, receipts, permits, documents, and warranties you may require for future use. Once a client always a client and we are happy to help should you need anything else in the future.

We work by referral and do not invest in multiple marketing outlets. The relationships we have with our clients builds more efficiently than any marketing outlet can offer. Other services we offer are pre-purchase assessments for clients considering new properties and want to know the scope of work prior to purchasing.
